Regina joined Ryan as the second
R to create R&R Consulting Group, LLC. Regina has built her career as a technology operations expert. She began as a physical security project/program manager and evolved to an operations manager, then IT technology consultant. She has found success supporting CIO’s in roadmapping and planning the future of their campuses.

Regina was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Yes, people are FROM Las Vegas!! She moved to Minnesota for schooling and became a mother of two Minnesotans. She loves to cook, bake, and travel to experience new tastes and creations she can then replicate.
Ryan Lostetter
President & Owner
Ryan began R&R Consulting Group, with his decades of physical security and construction industry knowledge. Ryan’s experience as a Licensed Low Voltage Technician brings a technical perspective to all he engages in. Since 1998 Ryan has spent several engagements with Minneapolis St. Paul Airports Commission (MAC), as a field technician supporting and installing physical security as well as a consulting design specialist.

Ryan was born and raised in Minnesota, He’s a loving father of two adult children, and bonus father to two teens. Ryan is an avid self-made carpenter and home improvement expert. Minnesota outdoor sports both summer and winter are dear to his heart either being on a lake or flying through the snow all bring him joy!
